Section 704.3924 - Terms of agreement with customer1. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a utility or landlord may not enter into any agreement with a customer under terms that are inconsistent with the provisions of NAC 704.391 to 704.3936, inclusive.2. Notwithstanding the provisions of NAC 704.391 to 704.3936, inclusive: (a) A utility may enter into an agreement with a customer under terms that are more favorable to the customer than those provided by NAC 704.391 to 704.3936, inclusive, if the more favorable terms are consistent with the tariffs of the utility.(b) A landlord may enter into an agreement with a customer under terms that are more favorable to the customer than those provided by NAC 704.391 to 704.3936, inclusive.Nev.
