Section 704.4045 - Records of utility1. Each utility shall prepare and maintain records for at least 1 year.2. The records must contain: (a) The number and accumulated amounts of deposits that have been collected and returned; and(b) For each of its customers: (1) His or her payment performance;(2) The amount for each billing period;(3) The number and general description of the written complaints filed with the utility;(4) The number of agreements for payment entered into by the utility; and(5) The number of terminations and reconnections of service.3. Upon the request of the Commission, a utility shall submit to the Commission, in writing, a summary of the information contained in those records.Nev. Admin. Code § 704.4045
