Section 704.524 - Notification of customers of change in rates and charges

A utility supplying natural gas to an alternative fuel capable customer or transporting natural gas for a transportation customer shall notify each customer covered by a schedule filed pursuant to NAC 704.518 or section 5 of this regulation of any change in the rates and charges at least 1 day before the effective date of the change.
