Section 704.9506 - Update of energy supply plan: Filing; requirements1. On or before September 1 of the first and second years after the action plan of a utility is filed, the utility shall file an update of the energy supply plan that will be applicable for each year remaining in the period covered by the action plan.2. The update of the energy supply plan must comply with the requirements of subsections 1 to 5, inclusive, and 7 of NAC 704.9482, except that the load forecast must be the most recent forecast available at the time the plan is prepared.Nev.
