Section 704.483 - "Firm requirement" defined"Firm requirement" means a customer's requirement for natural gas where the gas is to be provided pursuant to a schedule or contract under which:
1. The utility is expressly obligated to deliver specific volumes of gas within a given period; and2. The parties anticipate no interruption of service but the utility is permitted to interrupt the service in any situation where its ability to supply customers having a higher priority is threatened.Nev.
