Section 704.858 - Supply and installation of material or equipment by utility: Duties of utilityIn supplying or installing material or equipment for conservation of energy, a utility shall, except in supplying devices pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NAC 704.832:
1. Charge fair and reasonable prices and interest rates and upon request of the Commission file a list of comparative prices and interest rates.2. Conduct its activities in a manner which does not have a substantially adverse effect upon competition or involve the use of unfair, deceptive or anticompetitive acts or practices.Nev. Admin.
