Section 704.680353 - Authority to file complaint; certification required1. A telecommunication provider may file a complaint with the Commission to resolve any dispute with another telecommunication provider arising out of chapters 703 and 704 of NRS, and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.2. Before a telecommunication provider may file a complaint with the Commission against another telecommunication provider, the telecommunication provider shall attempt to resolve the complaint directly with the other telecommunication provider.3. A complaint filed with the Commission by a telecommunication provider against another telecommunication provider must include certification by the complainant that: (a) The parties to the complaint have met and conferred in an attempt to settle the matter, but were unable to resolve the matter; or(b) The other party to the complaint has refused to meet with the complainant, including a description of the attempts made by the complainant to meet and confer with the other party.Nev.
