Section 703.930 - Establishment of list of revenue included or excluded when calculating assessment of person furnishing intrastate telecommunication service or functional equivalent; modifications to list1. On or before January 1, 2018, the Commission will establish a list of the types of revenue which must be included or excluded when calculating the assessment of a person furnishing intrastate telecommunication service or the functional equivalent of such service through any form of telephony technology for the purpose of levying and collecting the assessment as required by subsection 5 of NRS 704.040.2. The Commission may, after notice and a hearing, consider and make modifications to the list established pursuant to this section. Any person may file with the Commission a petition seeking such modifications. The Commission may initiate proceedings to make such modifications pursuant to such a petition or upon its own motion.
