Section 701B.530 - Eligibility of participant who withdraws or forfeits incentive for wind energy system

A participant who withdraws or forfeits an incentive must reapply as a new applicant to be eligible for an incentive. The applicant must meet all requirements of the Program that are in effect at the time of reapplication.
