Section 701A.010 - Definitions

As used in NAC 701A.010 to 701A.290, inclusive, and section 1 of this regulation, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 701A.030 to 701A.190, inclusive, and section 1 of this regulation have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
