Section 695F.440 - Retention of minutes and of materials used for marketing or advertisingAn organization shall retain:
1. Indefinitely, by microfilm or any other means, the minutes of the meetings of its governing body and any advisory panel on enrollees' satisfaction.2. For 3 years or until the next examination of the organization conducted by the Commissioner, a copy of all:(a) Published material used to market the organization; and(b) Scripts used for advertising on radio or television.Nev.
