Section 694C.110 - Authority of Commissioner to establish review panel for applications

In contracting with outside resources, including attorneys, accountants and actuaries, for the review of the applications for licenses for captive insurers pursuant to NRS 694C.220, the Commissioner may establish a review panel from a pool of qualified members as determined by the Commissioner.
