Section 692A.170 - Reporting of certain violations to Commissioner of Mortgage Lending

A title insurer, title agent or escrow officer who has knowledge of a violation of any provision of NRS 645B.900 or 645E.900 shall promptly report the facts and circumstances concerning the violation to the Commissioner of Mortgage Lending.
