Section 686B.825 - Plan Administrator: Appointment; selection of insurer to service plan; notification of termination of management1. The Commissioner will appoint a Plan Administrator to perform the day-to-day management of the Nevada Workers' Compensation Insurance Plan.2. The Plan Administrator shall select, pursuant to the rules of competitive bidding, at least one insurer to service the Nevada Workers' Compensation Insurance Plan. Each insurer selected pursuant to this section must be approved by the Commissioner.3. The Plan Administrator shall notify the Commissioner at least 180 days before the Plan Administrator terminates his or her management of the Nevada Workers' Compensation Insurance Plan.Nev. Admin.
