Section 686A.627 - "Insurance policy or contract" defined

"Insurance policy or contract" means any insurance policy, plan or written agreement for or affecting insurance by whatever name called and includes all clauses, riders or endorsements offered by any person or entity engaged in the business of insurance in this State.
