Section 681A.Sec. 17 - NEWThe purposes of sections 2 to 22, inclusive are to:
1. Establish uniform standards governing reserve financing arrangements pertaining to life insurance policies that contain guaranteed non-level gross premiums or guaranteed nonlevel benefits and universal life insurance policies with secondary guarantees; and2. Ensure that, with respect to each financing arrangement, funds consisting of primary security and other security are held by or on behalf of ceding insurers in the form and amount required pursuant to sections 2 to 22, inclusive.Nev.
