Section 679B.141 - Waiver of rights

Failure of a person or licensee to comply with any of the provisions of NRS 679B.305 or NAC 679B.041 to 679B.151, inclusive, and section 1 constitutes a waiver of any rights under NAC 679B.041 to 679B.151, inclusive, and section 1 of this regulation.
