Section 679B.8415 - Licensee: Requirements for written program

Each licensee shall implement a comprehensive written program for the security of customer information. The program must include administrative, technical and physical safeguards for the protection of customer information. Such administrative, technical and physical safeguards must be appropriate for the size and complexity of the licensee and the nature and scope of the licensee's activities.
