Section 670B.Sec. 3 - NEWA person shall not act as a student loan servicer in this State unless, in addition to satisfying all other applicable requirements set forth in law or regulation, the following requirements are met:
1. Unless otherwise exempt pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 670B.200 or any other provision of law, the person holds a license issued by the Commissioner pursuant to chapter 670B of NRS and any other required license or permit issued by a local governmental entity; and2. The place of business of the student loan servicer is:(a) Located in the United States;(b) Located in an area zoned for commercial use; andNev. Admin. Code § 670B.Sec. 3
