Section 666.010 - Nevada depository institution: Fee for application for approval of merger, consolidation or transfer of assets and liabilities

An application submitted by a Nevada depository institution for approval of a merger pursuant to NRS 666.015 must be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of $4,500.
