Section 660.010 - Fee for application to establish and operate mechanical teller; annual fee1. An applicant who submits an application to establish and operate a mechanical teller pursuant to NRS 660.075 must pay to the Division of Financial Institutions of the Department of Business and Industry a fee of $1 for each mechanical teller.2. A financial institution shall pay annually to the Division of Financial Institutions of the Department of Business and Industry a fee of $1 for each mechanical teller that it operates pursuant to chapter 660 of NRS.Nev.
