Section 656A.095 - "Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment" defined

"Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment" means the assessment administered by the Boys Town National Research Hospital which specifically addresses the knowledge and skills of sign language interpreters working in a primary or secondary educational setting.
