Section 648.439 - Citation: Service and filing; payment of fine1. A copy of a citation issued pursuant to NRS 648.165 must be served personally or by certified or registered mail. The original citation must be filed in the office of the Board.2. A fine assessed pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 648.165 must be paid by cashier's check or money order.3.
