Section 645G.070 - Renewal of registration1. A registrant must file annually with the Division an application for the renewal of his or her registration on forms supplied by the Division. For renewal of his or her registration, a registrant must submit any information or fingerprint cards necessary to make current the information contained in his or her original application for registration.2. To avoid a lapse in registration, the Division must receive a registrant's application for the renewal of registration accompanied by the appropriate fee required by NRS 645.6065 at least 10 days before expiration of the registration.Nev.
