Section 645D.320 - Form of certificate

The Division will issue a certificate to each eligible person in such form and size as is prescribed by the Division. Each certificate will, in addition to the information required pursuant to NRS 645D.230:

1. Set forth the type of certificate; and

2. Have imprinted thereon the seal of the Division.
