If the Board determines that a licensee or registrant is guilty of committing any act that constitutes unprofessional conduct pursuant to section 57 and does not suspend or revoke his or her license or registration, the Board will impose, as it deems appropriate, one or more of the following conditions on the use of that license or registration:
1. The acceptance of a public reprimand by the Board;2. A fine of not more than $5,000;3. Probation for a specified period or until further order of the Board;4. The successful completion of a program of counseling, remedial education or treatment approved by the Board;5. Supervision of the professional work of the licensee or registrant by a person approved by the Board;6. The repayment to a patient or client of all money collected by the licensee or registrant in connection with the unprofessional conduct;7. The successful completion of a physical or mental examination or an examination testing the competence of the person; or8. Such other disciplinary action as the Board considers necessary and appropriate.Nev. Admin. Code § 641D.Sec. 58
