Section 641D.Sec. 32 - NEW1. An application for the issuance of a license or registration must be deemed to be complete before the Board will approve the application and issue a license or registration.2. An application will be deemed complete if: (a) The applicant has complied with all of the requirements set forth in sections 30 and 31; and(b) The Board has received a report on the criminal history of the applicant from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and any other law enforcement agency the Board deems necessary.3. An application which is not deemed complete within 180 days after the date on which the application is submitted expires unless the applicant submits to the Board a request for an extension and the Board approves the request.4. An applicant may withdraw his or her application by submitting to the Board a written request for withdrawal within 60 days after the date on which the applicant submitted the application.5. Any fees submitted to the Board with an application that is:(a) Expired are nonrefundable; and(b) Withdrawn will be refunded, less a fee of $50 for record processing.Nev. Admin. Code § 641D.Sec. 32
