Section 641C.590 - Notice of hearing1. The Board will serve a notice of a hearing at least 10 days before the date set for the hearing. A hearing which has previously been continued may be reset for hearing on advance notice of at least 3 days.2. If a notice of hearing and accusation and a complaint are served at the same time, they may be considered together for the purposes of chapter 233B of NRS.Nev. Admin. Code § 641C.590
