Section 641B.215 - Research: Consent and protection of participants; credit for work1. Before engaging in research, a licensee shall obtain the voluntary and informed consent of participants in the research without any implied deprivation or penalty for refusal to participate.2. A licensee engaging in research shall protect participants in the research from unwarranted physical or mental discomfort, distress, harm, danger or deprivation.3. A licensee shall treat information obtained from or about participants through research as confidential.4. A licensee shall only take credit for work actually done in connection with his or her research and shall give credit for contributions made by others.Nev. Admin. Code § 641B.215
