Section 641B.Sec. 3 - NEW1. An application to place a license on inactive status pursuant to NRS 641B.295 must be complete before the Board will process the application. The Board will consider such an application to be complete if: (a) The application is submitted on a form provided by the Board; and(b) All the information requested has been provided in accordance with the instructions on the form.2. After the end of the period prescribed in subsection 3 of NRS 641B.295, an inactive license shall be deemed to be expired. If the licensee wishes to practice social work in this State after the expiration of the license, the licensee must submit a new application for licensure pursuant to NAC 641B.090 to 641B.105, inclusive.3. A license that has been placed on inactive status may be reinstated to active status before the end of the period prescribed in subsection 3 of NRS 641B.295 if the licensee submits a completed application to the Board. The Board will consider such an application to be complete if:(a) The application is submitted on a form provided by the Board;(b) The application includes proof of compliance with the continuing education requirements set forth in paragraph (a) or (b), as applicable, of subsection 1 of NAC 641B.187 within the 12 months immediately preceding the filing of an application to reinstate the license; and(c) All the information requested has been provided in accordance with the instructions on the form.Nev.
