Section 641.175 - Representation by attorney; conduct at hearing1. All persons appearing in a hearing before the Board in any capacity shall conform to the standards of ethical and courteous conduct required in the courts of this State. If a person fails to conform his or her conduct to the standards required by this section, the Board may:
(a) Limit the evidence presented by that person; or(b) Exclude the person from the hearing.2. Any action taken by the Board pursuant to this section and the specific reasons for that action will be stated on the record.Nev. Admin. Code § 641.175
