Section 640C.Sec. 1 - NEW

As used in subsection 3 of NRS 640C.700, the Board will interpret the term "crime involving moral turpitude" to mean any felony or gross misdemeanor offense for which an applicant or licensee has been convicted within the immediately preceding 10 years.
