Section 639.6912 - "Outsourcing facility" defined

"Outsourcing facility" means a facility at one geographic location or address that:

1. Is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs; and

2. Has registered with the Secretary of Health and Human Services as an outsourcing facility pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 353 b.
