Section 639.470 - Security of premises1. All areas occupied by a pharmacy must be able to be locked to prevent access by unauthorized personnel.2. All personnel of the pharmacy, while on duty, are responsible for the security of the pharmacy and shall provide adequate safeguards against the theft or diversion of controlled substances and dangerous drugs and the records of those drugs.Nev.
