Section 639.489 - Separation of certain records1. Except for records of distributions from floor stock, records of controlled substances listed in schedules I and II must be maintained separately from other records maintained by a pharmacy.2. Records of controlled substances listed in schedules III, IV and V may be maintained either separately from all other records maintained by the pharmacy or in such form that the records are readily retrievable.Nev.
