Section 639.4915 - Provision of services by pharmacies within certain hospitals and correctional institutions

A pharmacy located within a hospital or correctional institution that is required to have a full-time managing pharmacist pursuant to NAC 639.465 shall provide chart order processing services to the hospital or correctional institution at all times.
