A pharmacist who administers immunizations or directly and immediately supervises a pharmaceutical technician who administers immunizations, or an intern pharmacist acting under the direct and immediate supervision of a pharmacist who administers immunizations, shall report the information required for inclusion in the Immunization Information System established by the Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to NRS 439.265 and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
