Section 633.380 - Reports of certain information concerning surgeries: Submission; failure to comply with requirements1. An osteopathic physician shall, on or before January 31 of each year, submit to the Board, on a form to be provided by the Board, the report required pursuant to NRS 633.524.2. Failure to comply with the requirements of this section or NRS 633.524 may subject the osteopathic physician to disciplinary action as provided by law.Nev. Admin. Code § 633.380
