Section 633.480 - Decision or order by Board
1. A decision or order in a disciplinary proceeding adverse to an osteopathic physician, physician assistant or anesthesiologist assistant must:
(a) Be in writing;
(b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection 5 of NRS 233B.121, include findings of fact and conclusions of law; and
(c) Specifically set forth the punishment imposed on the osteopathic physician, physician assistant or anesthesiologist assistant.
2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 633.671, as amended by section 84 of Assembly Bill No. 270, chapter 247, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 1583, an order of the Board is effective upon being served on the osteopathic physician, physician assistant or anesthesiologist assistant.
