Section 632.731 - Notice and effect of failure to approve program; limitation on authority of Board1. If the Board fails to approve a program of training for nursing assistants, it will notify the applicant by mail of the reasons the program was not approved.2. A trainee who successfully completes a program which is not approved by the Board is not eligible to take a competency evaluation test.3. The Board may not approve a program to be given by a medical facility if the facility does not comply with the requirements set forth in 42 C.F.R. § 483.151(b), which is hereby adopted by reference.
