Section 632.265 - Certificate of recognition: Submission of application and other documentsA nurse registered in this State who wishes to obtain a license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse must submit the following for the approval of the Board:
1. An application on forms provided by the Board.2. The documentation required pursuant to NAC 632.2597.3. Any other information deemed relevant by the Board.Nev. Admin. Code § 632.265
