Section 632.2595 - Certification to dispense controlled substances, poisons, dangerous drugs and devices

The State Board of Nursing will authorize an advanced practice registered nurse to dispense controlled substances, poisons, dangerous drugs and devices if the advanced practice registered nurse successfully completes an examination administered by the State Board of Nursing on Nevada law relating to pharmacy. The State Board of Nursing will promptly notify the State Board of Pharmacy of any such authorization.
