Section 632.258 - Review of application for authority to prescribe controlled substances, poisons, dangerous drugs or devices

Each application for authority to prescribe controlled substances, poisons, dangerous drugs or devices will be reviewed by the Board or its designee for compliance with current policy established by the Board.
