Section 632.256 - Records; system of quality assurance1. An advanced practice registered nurse shall maintain accurate records documenting all physical findings concerning a patient, the diagnosis and treatment, and any prescriptions written for a patient for whom the advanced practice registered nurse provides care.2. A system of quality assurance must be in place.3. All the records must be available for review by the Board. Any review will be conducted in accordance with the laws relating to the confidentiality of medical records.Nev. Admin. Code § 632.256
