Section 630.Sec. 3.6 - NEW

In addition to the grounds authorized in NRS 630.200, the Board may deny an application for a license to practice medicine if the Board determines that:

1. The applicant is not qualified or is not of good character or reputation;
2. The applicant submitted a false credential; or
3. The application is not made in proper form or is otherwise deficient.
