Section 625A.Sec. 34 - NEW

An environmental health specialist trainee who is employed as part of a training program that was approved by the Board pursuant to NAC 625A.013, as that section existed before the effective date, shall be deemed to be employed as part of a training program that is approved by the Board pursuant to section 4.
