Section 624.699 - Receipt of written documents by Board

A written document shall be deemed received by the Board if the document is:

1. Filed at the office of the Board in Henderson, Nevada, or Reno, Nevada, and addressed to the Executive Officer; or

2. Presented to the Board at a hearing.
