Section 623.0195 - Interpretation of term "his or her own drawings

For the purposes of paragraph (d) of subsection 1 of NRS 623.035, the Board interprets the phrase "his or her own drawings" to include only drawings prepared by a contractor or an employee of the contractor whose compensation for federal income tax purposes is reported, or required to be reported, on Form W-2.
