Section 618.6379 - Decision of Administrator1. Within a reasonable time after the time allowed for the filing of the briefs and the proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, the Administrator will make and serve upon each party his or her decision, which becomes final upon the 20th day after service, unless exceptions are filed thereto.2. The Administrator's decision will: (a) Include the reasons for each of his or her findings and conclusions for each material issue of fact and law presented on the record, and will specify each fact which the Administrator officially noticed.(b) Be based upon a consideration of the whole record, and will be made on the basis of a preponderance of the reliable and probative evidence.3. The Administrator's decision, after the opportunity for the parties to make exceptions, is a final administrative decision for purposes of judicial review.Nev. Admin. Code § 618.6379
