Section 618.740 - Petition for leave to intervene1. A petition for leave to intervene in a hearing before the Board must be filed at least 30 days before the date of the hearing.2. The petition must describe the interest of the petitioner in the proceeding, show that the participation of the petitioner will assist in the determination of the issues in question, and that the intervention will not unnecessarily delay the proceeding.3. The Board will grant a petition for intervention to such an extent and upon such terms as the Board determines to be proper.Nev. Admin. Code § 618.740
